Nathan James Personnel was founded in 2024 by Nathan Doherty and James Mann - two recruitment specialists who identified a clear gap in the US pharmacy market and built something better.
Too many pharmacy employers were being let down by generalist recruiters who lacked the sector knowledge to make the right hire. Too many pharmacy professionals were being represented by agencies that didn't understand their world. We started Nathan James Personnel to change that.
Everything we do is built around pharmacy. It's the only sector we work in, and that singular focus is what sets us apart. We know the market, we know the roles, and we know what great looks like - whether that's a Director of Pharmacy in a complex specialty setting or a clinical hire in a fast-growing home infusion operation.
