I've spent my career in pharmacy recruitment, and somewhere along the way I realized I wanted to do it properly - not as part of a generalist agency covering every sector under the sun, but as a genuine specialist in one.
So in 2024, alongside James Mann, I co-founded Nathan James Personnel with a simple idea: pharmacy employers in the US deserve a recruiter who actually understands their world. Someone who knows the difference between a Specialty hire and a Compounding hire, who's already connected in the market, and who treats every search like it matters - because it does.
Every client and candidate I work with gets me directly - no junior handoffs, no account managers in the middle. Just honest, expert recruitment from someone who's all-in on pharmacy.
Outside of work, I'm a creature of routine. You'll find me in the gym most mornings, out on a run when the weather plays nice, or on a long walk to clear my head. Evenings are usually reserved for a good movie - I take my film choices almost as seriously as my candidate shortlists.
It all adds up to someone who shows up prepared, pays attention to the details, and genuinely cares about getting the result right.
